Registration Fee Information

NOTE: "Combo participation" means combined attendance on the ISVLV and IRS meetings.

Registration fee includes:

​

For attendees of 10th ISVLV:

  • Full access to the symposium and conference materials. 

  • Coffee breaks and lunches.

  • Get-together party. 

  • Guided tour at the historic campus of the University of Veterinary Medicine.

  • Poster session reception.

  • Cruise-ship farewell banquet (jointly with the opening banquet of the IRS).

Optional touristic and cultural/social programmes will be made available upon request (also for 3-4 June), for additional fee. (Specifications will be announced later.)

 

For attendees of 4th IRS

  • Full access to the symposium and the conference materials. 

  • Coffee breaks and lunches.

  • Cruse-ship banquet (jointly with the closing banquet of the ISVLV).

  • Guided tour at the historic campus of the University of Veterinary Medicine.

  • Poster session reception followed by the farewell party.

Regular field trips or workshop and optional further touristic/cultural/social programmes (on the week-end following the conference) will be made available for additional fees. (Specifications will be announced later.)

​For accompanying persons:  

The fee covers admittance to all social events and evening meals. Upon request, touristic/cultural/social programmes will be made available for the accompanying persons for additional fees. (To be announced later.)​​

Terms and conditions:

​​

  • For students, a scanned copy of a valid student ID  is required. The student fee does not apply to post- docs. 

  • Please make sure that  your early registration is followed by  the payment before 31 March 2017.  CHANGE !!!

​

Cancellation policy

For refund, written cancellation must be received by 30 April  2017. Please remember that an administration cost of 20% of the registration fee will be charged. From workshop registration refunds, €10 will be deduced. 

​

Special needs

We will do our best to accommodate any request for special needs. Please contact the organisers preferably at least 1 month prior to the conference.
